Tracked orders will receive an email with the reference number. We are not responsible for any custom fees that may occur with international orders.
All orders are confirmed for shipping once payment has been successful at checkout.
Kindly note that there may in delays in shipping due to COVID-19 and BREXIT. We recommend opting for Signed/Tracked shipping if you wish to locate your orders.
We currently do not offer First Class or Next Day shipping, but we are happy to accommodate this on request. Kindly note that the shipping cost will increase.

Return & Exchange Policy
It's heartbreaking for us if you didn't love your BeautyGloop products, but we are happy to refund/exchange within 10 days after the purchase. Items must be unused and in saleable condition.Kindly note that if you wish to opt for an exchange there will be a shipping cost.If the items have been damaged then you must notify us within 7 days, and will resolve this for you. After receiving and inspecting the product/s we will issue the refund back to the original form of payment. We are not able to reimburse the return shipping cost, and initial shipping fee.. Kindly note that bath bombs, and false lashes are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.Feel free to message us via chat or email before purchasing if you have any questions.
What happens if my order goes missing?
As the UK is constantly changing tiers, some orders may take longer to reach to you. The shipping times are a guide, but please do email us if you have any concerns.In the rare situation of a missing parcel, we would open an investigation with our couriers before making the decision to refund the item costs or send a replacement. Kindly note that we will always allow further time for your parcel to reach you before taking action.
